Welcome to the Australian Poker Tour (APT). This is in no way affiliated with the World Poker Tour, or any other Poker Tour. It's just a group of guys and gals who play poker a couple of times a week, in Australia, at different locations (hence the tour part). However we will try and bring you all the glitz, glamour, prizes, surprises, bad beats and hot streaks that surround our humble game.

The name of the game is No Limit Texas Hold'em - The Cadillac of Poker. Where fortunes can be won or lost in a single hand. This is the Australian Poker Tour.

We both know the difference between banter and the crap you wrote, which yes was funny, but not appropriate for this blog. You dont need to push everything to the extreme just cause you can. Startup up a smut blog of your own and i will be happy to spar horror stories on there with you.

On a side note.. i have been shaped (speed limited) on my adsl, down to 64k. :( However this is my own fault for downloading 37 gig in two weeks. Thankfully my slow connection has meant i can play here, and therefore having something to do, other than plot my own murder-suicide.

Round 1 of the 2006 Australian Poker Tour

The APT is set once again to expand its dates and venues into 2006. Coming up in the New Year, a new casino, the Mont Albert Club (run by the father of an APT board member) or the Mac Daddy for short (yeah you know that’s funny, its ok to laugh, laugh dammit!). However, the first round of the APT 2006 schedule is set for Friday Night 6/1/06 at 7pm . No venue has yet been put forward, however the ever increasing popularity of the APT should mean a venue is not far behind. Please post on venue availability and personal availability. This will also be the final time Be(linda) will be playing with us before her move to the European Poker Tour, based out of London . It will also be the last time Amanda has a chance to win before she becomes a year older (and realises life is no longer worth living like the rest of us).
